В промышленном секторе будет разрешена 100%-я иностранная собственность для 51 вида экономической деятельности, включая производство продуктов и напитков, а также ремонт самолетов. В секторе услуг – для 52 видов экономической деятельности, включая научные исследования, в сельском хозяйстве – для 19 видов, включая выращивание зерна.
